does anyone know if there are any rules regarding neon lightings in India? espicially in residential areas. I live in a residential neighbourhood in mumbai, and some how this area got converted to semi commercial. now a person has boght the bunglow bang opposite mine and covered it in neon lights. I cant even step into the balcony without covering my eyes forget watching the stars. My neighbour also has odd timings, he comes in at 8 PM and leaves by 12-1 midnight which means the lights are on all through the night till I fall asleep. his house is right across like 10-20 feet and the light tears through the curtains and enters the room
I was wondering if there were any rules governing this like shut them off by 10.00 pm etc. I tried searching on the net but I couldnt find anything on this subject . Please help
