Salary not paid

Dear All ,

I was working with a company called DSRK consulting.

I have worked with them from September 2014 to January 2015. For September I did not get any salary , October I got half and for November , December and January I did not get salary at all. Can anyone help me please to get my salary.

Yes you have a case against your employeer.

First of all, you must create record by sending the employer a legal notice demanding your arrears of salary as per the employment terms and conditions, based on the reply you may approach the labor commissioner with a complaint against the employer. Take the help of a local service law practising advocate for further advise.

Submit final representation addressed to good offices of appointing authority,MD,Chairman and demand all pending payouts by DD only and docs by redg. post only so as to reach you say in next 7 days.......

Are you a member of any employee's/trade unions?

YOu can approach: Employee's unions/Trade Unions,Labor Law consultant,Inspector appointed under (name of the state) Shops and Commercial establishments Act/Payment of wages Act, O/O Labor Commissioner....
