Sale deed - banakhat & index

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a flat in vadodara, which is under construction built on total area of 1483 Sq.mtr builder during the price negotiation told us that they are going to build 28 flats each of 1450 sq.ft so my share of land was around 52.9 sq.mtr. When we made the sale agreement to produce in the bank he made my share of land in the agreement to 46.6 mtr. saying they are now building 32 flats. As the construction progressed I observed that only 28 flats are now in plan with builder. I asked him to amend the share of land to 52 from 46.6 sq.mtr. He told me that it does not make difference. I would like to know that whether i can amend it in the final documents or not. Further if builder refuses to change it what can i do that the 52 sq mtr of land is included in the final documents prepared during the possession. Further i have checked the final documents of the other flats and it has been specifically mentioned as 52.9 mtr,

Please advise.
