Sale deed has reverse measurement of site

Hi,

I bought one site which north side is 44.9 and east side is 46.6. Which i had explained to my advocate (who made this sale deed document) also. Advocate made sale deed like this. North to south is 44.9 and east to west is 46.8. which is wrong descripttion becuase north to south is 46.5 and east to south is 44.9. We have executed registry of the property and made sale deed. The question is here becuase the site measurement described in the document is wrong, do I need to correct the sale deed again or its ok to have like this.

Thanks & regards,

MS

u rectify the mistake by rectification in sub registrar office.

Does it make "any" difference in identification of the property ?

You might have also been given chain of title qua property, what is mentioned therein ? Show it to a professional local lawyer practicing civil/revenue matters.

However, if you want get a Rectification Deed execited and registered through a lawyer.

It does not make any difference in identification of the property. Property size is same but descripttion is kept opposite. what is the is from north to south has been put on east to west and vice versa. Does it really legal matter I will have to do rectification deed, if yes what is the process for same? Can you please explain me.

Appreciated!!

Thanks
