Sale of Donated Land

Hello,

A Land was donated to our late Grand Mother. She has 6 sons and 4 daughters. She did not write any will. Now Can her Sons/daugthers sell this land?

If u give more details regarding when the property was donated, by whom, who was in possession till date, whether the revenue records is in your grand mothers name, since how long etc. It will be more easier to advice u in proper direction. U can sell the property only if u r legal rights can be established in accordance with Law.
