My wife has logded complaint aginast me on local police station u/s 107/151. Police came and put me under lockup for six hours. Now I am on bail through SDM. Our first hearing was on 9 July 14, but unfortunatley SDM was out of station. Now my wife has lodged a case us125 against me. Is it necessary to present in every hearing? Is there any punishment under this law. I want to delay the case. After one year I want to do compromise with my wife, but not now. My wife is interested for compromise, but I am not interested, at least one year. Please guide me.
