I had been acquited by the AP high court which set aside the spl judges order on 18th nov 2009.I had submitted my representation to my dept for reinstatement on 7th dec 2009.Inspite of several reminders the dept has not given me any reply.I had filed a petition in CAT hyd praying for reinstatement and for back wages along with all other benifits by treating the earlier period as on duty.
Can any advocate advise me as to how the order of the CAT would be and site any SUPREME COURT cases that would be of help to me.
