Sir,
my friend was entered in service agreement in this agreement they mentioned the period in this period they that company they have to give two months notice and Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation to the company.
My question is that 1. Legally Rs.5,00,000/- compensation is valid or not.
2. Totally the service agreement is valid or not.
please give me legal advice on this issue according to sections in labour act.
