IS SERVICE TAX APPLICABLE ON CONSTRUCTION OF HOSTEL BUILDING FOR "REGIONAL ENGINEERING COLLOGE", KURKSHETRA.

If contract of construction is entered before the completion of project in other words it is not the case of constructing the hostel indepndently and selling it to Institute than service tax is applicable.
