Hi Sir, I am a freelance Software developer, working from Goa, India. I provide software develpment services to a client in the united states and another 3 Indian Clients.
US client pays me through Elance.com that is withrawn to my account in INR via Paypal or Western Union Bank.
The total Income from US client alone will exceed 10 Lakhs. will be around 12. And the total income from all the Indian clients will be around 2-3Lakhs for the current Financial year.
Now I am confused whether i am Liable to get a service tax registration and pay service tax or not.
