What are the pre requsites of a valid settlement deed?is transfer of property by settlement by a person to his servant valid?In other words,is it possible for a person to transfer some of his property to a person who is not blood related to him by a deed of settlement?What is the remedy available if the registering authority has registered such a deed?Please enlighten me any decisions on the matter by the honourable Supreme court
