We have a land (shamlat deh) in Haryana. My grandfather is shown as co-owner in the land record (Jamabandi). We are planning to sale it. so what should be the better way?
1. My grandfather sale the property? (he is very old about 95 and can't see or do anything properly)
2. Transfer land to my father's name and then sale it?
