we have society in nashik (maharashtra)with 350 members. every time in anual meeting chairman accepts to work on some points but dosent act on it. there are several points accepted in anual g meeting but not fullfilled. its not possible to bring no cofidance as member unity is not posible ( 350) members)
what action can be taken.

Give notice to the committee members of the society for inaction of work decided in Annual General Body Meeting. Mention in notice that if the work is not fulfilled within a period of 30 days time, they may face the consequence and make you to file a complaint before deputy registrar for committee member not discharging their duties.

i also want to know how much the chairman is responcible for unauthoried construction. pls specify law. in our society 50 % flats are additional rooms wich are unathorised. what action can be taken against it and against chairman as he is indorectly promoting the same.

You have to collect evidence which prove that chairman is indirectly involve with builder for personal gain and not acting in the interest of society in large.Once you gather strong evidence, make complaint before Deputy Registrar of your ward and asked for removal of his post and take civil/ criminal action against him. And also challenge 50% unauthorised construction which is done illegally with the help of chairman.
