India is very complex country, and Mr. Rahul Gandhi may not be able to understant these things, He celeberates his birthday at london with his batchmates.

U may note one thing, that only PMs from Nehru family have been sacrificed, not any other congressmen except exceptional PM Mr. L B Shastri.

Mahatma was different in every respect, although he had studied at London.

Eventhough he is better.  He is the son of great & onest Rajiv Gandhi.  i have watched his action and he is according to the line of action of Rajiv Gandhi.  I have yet faith on him.

Mr. Rajiv Gandhi too was Honest and full of enthusiasms, but by the time he realised his mistakes and that he has been used by the others, he left us. Even Sanjay Gandhi too was a good dynamic person, but unfortunately we failed to get his service. Rahul too is doing good and keeps good spirit, but may not be able to control shrewed elements.

Modi is the price Cong pays for BJP support to N-Bill: SP, RJD

As the report on the controversial nuclear liability bill was tabled in Parliament on Wednesday, non-BJP opposition parties stalled proceedings alleging a Congress-BJP deal in return for CBI's clean chit to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in a fake encounter case.

In the Lok Sabha, RJD chief Lalu Prasad and SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav led members of their parties into the well waving newspapers which carried reports of Modi being given a clean chit in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case.

"BJP and Congress are one and they cannot be trusted," SP leader Mulayam Singh told reporters outside Parliament.

He alleged, "BJP had extended support to the Bill in return for a clean chit to Narendra Modi by CBI in the Sohrabuddin case."

When pointed out that the SP had also supported the government on N-Bill in the past, he said, "We have taken a right decision by supporting the bill for generation of more power.

"There is a power crisis in the country and we hope that many villages without electricity will get power," he said.

Asked about his party's stand on the Nuclear Liability Bill, he said, "We will decide in due course".

The Left members in Rajya Sabha, supported by RJD and LJP, created uproar over reports of the clean chit to Modi allegedly in return for BJP support for the crucial nuclear liability bill. RJD and BSP members as also LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan stormed the well.

Paswan and RJD MPs later sat on a dharna near the Mahatma Gandhi statue in the Parliament House complex, protesting the clean chit to Modi allegedly as part of the Congress-BJP deal.

Just have look at this news, how truth is being unfolded with passage of time. This news has appeared in Deccan Herald web site.

CBI putting pressure to implicate politicians: Geeta Johri New Delhi, Aug 27 (PTI)
Senior Gujarat-cadre IPS officer Geeta Johri has filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging that CBI has been pressurising her to implicate some political leaders, including arrested BJP leader Amit Shah, in connection with Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case
In a curative petition filed with the apex court, she has sought the removal of Balwinder Singh, CBI's Special Director who is supervising the investigation into the case, and said he be made a witness in it.

Johri charged CBI has been pressurising her to implicate some politicians, including Gujarat's former minister of state for Home Amit Shah who has already been arrested in connection with the killing of Sheikh in a fake encounter with police in Ahmedabad in 2005.
She alleged she had been asked by CBI to depose in a particular manner in the case and that her personal assistant was threatened by CBI.

Seeking Balwinder Singh's removal as supervisor of the probe into the case, Johri said in the curative petition that she herself had interrogated him in connection with the case when he was the Police Commissioner of Hyderabad in 2007.

She said Singh should be made a witness in the case. The curative petition also challenged the apex court's decision not to expunge adverse remarks made against her in connection with the case.

The curative petition was filed after the Supreme Court had dismissed her petition seeking a review of the judgment in which adverse remarks were made against Johri while handing over the probe into the case to CBI from Gujarat police.

Credibility of CBI is well known.  So, many former directors have time to time revealed this. As per the former Director of the CBI, U S Mishra had admitted that the autonomy of the country’s premier investigating agency was a myth. "Every time a case is registered, phones start ringing and influential people start putting pressure" Mishra had stated.

Now latest development is that as per the RAW  a commander of Al-Quada is behind the German Bakery blast of Pune.

So, in the wake of growing anti-national activities it has become necessary and high time to expose the faces and their motive/activities that are behind pressurizing/influencing the CBI.
