My Uncle had purchased 2 sites from first party (A) aged 60 who had 3 sons (B,C,D) in the year 1970. 'A' gave PoA to 'C'. Recently , my uncle saw a house built in the same site and the another site vacant both under same compound. When we tried searching for what has happened on this, we came to know that the same 2 sites have been sold again to another party in 2000. They tried to raise EC and in that, it mentioned that 'C' has sold it to another party.
COnfused on this.
How can my uncle take legal action on this?
What are the documents do he need to be sure of before filing a case of cheating.
What would be possible outcomes for this.
