Hello, This is minhaz from IT domain would like to know few question regards to farming land in maharashtra. I would like to know as being non agriculturiest I can buy an green belt land in Tamil Nadu or any other states except maharashtra, karnataka and andhra pradesh. Once I get an agriculture land in Tamil Nadu after this is it possible to buy green belt land in Nashik (Maharashtra) ?
Please explain.

Thank you for replying to my quiry. Also need to know as I am not agriculturiest and planning to buy green belt land with some coconut plantation in Tamil Nadu as they dont have such restrictions like we have in maharashtra. So after I purchase land here do i need to wait for some time to buy land in maharashtra or immediate i can buy?
