Hi I want purachse a stamp paper on the name of other person. Plz guide me on this, is there any cerculer in Maharashtra pertaining to purchase of stamp paper on other person's name

Stam Paper can be purchased in the name of other person. The vendor will record the name of the person whose name it is purchased in his records and the stamp paper. The purchaser may have to sign the vendor's register. However, if the stamp paper is to be purchased in the name of a company, the vendor may ask for a proof, company's rubber sampt or authorisation.
