Dear Sir, One of the stock company not intimated me the AGM meeting date and notice and it is held without informing me.I have lodged the complaint to NSE/SEBI and also filed a complaint regarding the hidden charges with a proof IN THE nse arbitration.Arbitrator award the decision in my favour.
I am also share holder of the stock broking firm and due to above intentionally and deliberately that company not invited me for the AGM.
Kindly guide is it not an invalid AGM which should be cancelled and a fresh AGM should be conducted.
Is there any penalty of it
Can be company black listed for future transaction
