This is to intimate you that we had a residential plot in chandigarh (My Parents were GPA holders of the plot) which we sold it off in 2005 at sub-GPA. Howerver the tenure type of the plot is Free Hold and deed executed is conveyance deed. The real owner of the plot is an NRI residing in Ireland. Is it possible for the sub gpa holder of the plot (third party of the plot) to get the property or plot transferred in their own name without acquiring NOC from the estate office of chandigarh or without permission from us or the first party of the plot ?
