One of my relatives is returning to India from Dubai. He submitted his luggage to the Dubai Airport but after reaching India when he asked for his luggage, they told him that they have not received his luggage and the Dubai Airport reported to the Indian Airport that they fulfilled their responsibility. Basically, both the Airports are not taking responsibility for his luggage. He complained to the Helpline but the Helpline people are taking time to settle his grievances. But on that day only, he has another flight in another two hours for some business deal. What is the Legal remedy in this case, if he missed his flight and his business deal got cancelled due to the delay?
