Suit dismissed in default

SUIT IS DISMISSED AS TWO  PETITIONERS WERE NOT PRESENT. NOW, ONE OF THE PETITIONERS WANT TO RESTORE IT. AND OTHER PETITIONER IS GOING TO OPPOSE HIM. HOW CAN FIRST PETITIONER APPLY FOR THE RESTORATION, WHAT WILL BE THE REMEDY FOR HIM?

Restoration can be given by any party.

 

U need to defend up on the ground for which it is given.
