kindly give some suggestions.
1) MR. X was undersuspension.
2) due to ulterior motive the employer of Mr. X has recommended a CBI inquiry.
3) CBI summons Mr. X under Cr. P.C. 160 and asked to present before investigative officer.
4) Mr. X wants his security prior to going to see the investigating officer.
5) is there any alternative to Mr. X that he will not attend personally of summoning day and his advocate will present before the Investigating officer.
