I am working in Central Government as an Inspector. Prior to join this job I had been working in aPSU as a class-I officer. I had applied for SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination prior to join PSU. And I am finally selected in Inspector. I mention above matter at the time of applying my resignation. I served PSU 3 Months Notice period. I had also executed a bond of Rs 100000 in favour of PSU at the time of joining. My previous employeer transferred the same bond to my present employeer at my request.I want to join the PSU job and I have to resign my current post.
I need information regarding the following points:
1. Wether my resignation from PSU treated as Technical Resignation.
2. What is the benefit of technical resignation?
3. Whether lien will be maintained in the previous job.what is the duration of lien period.
Please guide me the procedure should I follow.
