Third party contract.

I am Rakyesh, I am into HR services with a team of 28 people working with me.However , now that i wanted to get into liaseoning the work to other freelance workers also , so that we can save on cost and time. if anybody can please send me the Vendor Contract to be signed from the third party vendor.

for example I take manpower requirement from the compnaies, and i use the third party individual to achieve the result well within the deadlines all i wante to understand is the terms and conditions, the business aggrement btwn us. If any body has it, i will be glad if you can share it.
