Is there a statue of limitations (time limitation) in filling a criminal complaint?
I have an tresspassing incident happend to my old parents 4 yrs ago, we filled a complaint immediately
but told the police to drop the action as of now because it was done by a distant relative.
But now we were threatened by them so we took all the issue to the police but they are not
even investigating. Could you help?
