we are residing from 2008 and due to water and sewerage problem .we said to our please do the
needful but he didnt ..and when the new tenant came he did.. so we asked why you cannot do for us
so in reply he said to vacate the premises(on sept ) after diwali (nov 13) . in sept itself we got the new
location but it was underconstruct and we can occupy in feb ...then on oct 5th he came for rent .so we said
please deduct in advance and wil vacate the place in feb ..he also agreed and went ..now in nov he came on
20th asked us to leave on the same day ..how it is possible and you also agreed to vacate in feb .so he
started attacking on us . at that time we register a complaint ..so my question is can we get a stay order till jan 31 ?
PS : agreement was for 11 months only which got over
