Transfer of property

Hello Experts,

The query is pertaining to the transfer of immovable property. The Vendor has executed a registered GPA in favour Mr. A (having power to sell) w.r.t the scheduled property and the Purchaser is intending to the buy the scheduled property through his duly constituted GPA Mr. B. So can the sale deed be executed by Mr. A in favour of Purchaser represented by his GPA Mr. B?

Thanks

Dear Sir,

The GPAs are duly constituted and registered by both, the Seller and Purchaser. So can the GPA holder of the Seller sell the property to the GPA holder of the Purchaser?

Thanks

Vijaykumar
