I have purchased a flat in year 2008 on home loan. My mother was co-applicant for this home loan. In year 2011 I made my mother co-owner of this flat by a gift deed. Now, the flat is owned jointly by me and my mother. when I requested my society to transfer the share certificate on my and my mothers, society is asking me to get NOC from the bank. Bank says does not have any objection for the transfer of share certificate but showd inability to issue NOC for the same.
Plaese advice me what should I do?
