“airlines says they have refunded, we have gone to consumer forum and forum in april 13 told travel agent to refund the amount 1n 30 days, after seeing some refund documents from airlines, but travel agent not honored the verdict,”

If DCDRF has examined the refund documents of airline then State Commission may also give the same verdict.

You should have filed the execution petition in DCDRF after the verdict.

You may obtain the certified copies refund documents of airlines from DCDRF and if these are solid evidence obtain opinion of your lawyer to file police complaint for fraud and this should make the travel agent run to pay you.

Generate evidence of assets and wealth of the travel agent and agency before he also declares the same fate as of airline.

The refund status shown by the airlines was record of passenger ticket history where it has details of ticket booking and refund status etc,  now travel agent says they have not received the refund amount,  travel agent asks in their appeal in the state commission that the airlines to shown the bank account transactions with the travel agent. this matter is between the airlines and travel agent,

  can we stay the appeal through IA and explain the commission with relavent documents to show the reasons given by the travel agent for the appeal are false?

as i have enough proofs to show the reasons they have given to state commission IA for stay for the dist consumer forum order and appeal are false.
