 Very impossible and impracticable task.

Right to marry is a human right according to Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is enough if the parites are majors and there is free consent by both the parties. And it is a basic principle that ignorance of law is no excuse. Before getting a marriage registered, the parties must know the significance of registration and its consequences.

read carefully the subject, it is not to harm right but to ensure future of person getting involved in responcible word where they will certannly need finance to manage their life and an act to use right without having means to enjoy that right will land them nowhere, so is it moral duty to look this aspect or not.

Is it not enough if people become aware of legal consequences? Law is not there to do moral policing. Nobody can help them if they dont realise that financial security is most important to live on earth. Do you expect law to teach that ?

read 28/03 and 03/04 togather, it is not moral policing but adding an edge to law before it is place to prectised in society which is consist of both category i.e learned and illtrate as we have not yet reached 100% litracy.
