You can file suit for defamation/182/211 IPC - all of you were acting in private defence of ladies and have committed no offence.

if that complaint does not work then file before the magistrates court under s 202 of crpc

meaine mere sasuravale ke khilaf 498a. 506(2),  504, 406 he sari case main  27th feb 12 ko lagayi hai lekin police vaale abhi tak  o case court me laga nahi rahe hai maine kya karu  karu koi isa  sr police office batayi jo meri help kar sakate hai.  meri case navi mumbai ke police station me hai. maine kya karu taki meri case jaldise jaldi court me lage.

fir done ,  mere husband ki family bail par hai lekin police station abhitak charge sheet court me diyi nahi hai.  jo ki 3 montha (90 day  hone par lagayi jati hai) mere sausarvalo ko bail mil suki hai.  mere compalint ke 1 month baad . meri FIR Ko abhi 150 day ho chuke hai. mere husband bahut jada rich hai iskeliye  o court me charge sheet  police nahi lagai nahi.  main kya karu
