Using unparlimentary language in a sms

Brief facts

I called this person who is a student in a college to collect some information on the college. This person was referred by a friend of mine. This person did not attended to the call. After a while he called me but I was not in a position to answer the call. After calling me a couple of times, aggravated by me not answering his call he started responding in offensive manner through sms. He keeps sending messages using unparlimentary language.

1. I want to stop the menace and teach him a lesson.

2. Can I make a complaint on him in the Police station.

3. If yes, which wing of police should I approach.

Any help is much appreciated.

Its a very small issue, but if you have time to involve in legal process you can approach to the nearest police station and filed a complaint against this person.

You can file case under I T Act section 66 A which makes provision for punishments for illelegal/offensive/abusive mesages through communication devices.
