validation of unregisterd document

hi,

can any one say how to validate a non judisiary stamp paper on which a AGPA with possesion is done  in 1985 but not registered with implication on its validity and procedre to be followed. the first party or vendor wareabout are not locatable.

As you say vendor not available nothing can be done amicably,better file title suit claiming adverse possession without mentioning the paper and get an exparte decree after service of court summons via publication in some newspaper of vide circulation.
