I would like to know if an interim injunction pending writ petition dated July 2010 would be valid now? The petition was not endorsed further after july 2010.
We purchased 2 lands in october and december 2010 respectively. One person has come up with an interim injuction(stay order) pending writ petition dated July 2010 and not letting us go ahead with our construction work. So my question is if his stay order is valid anymore?
Also does GPA or SPA expire after the person who has given the power of attorney dies?
