presedent paased ordinance on june 15 and the bill has been withdrawn from rajya sabha,now what is the validity of ordinace passed by hnble president of india???i think 6 month from the date of passing that is december 15.. what you think???i m right or not???

I am not lawyer but am a victim of cheque bounce case. so all days serching answers of such questions. as i got reply from experts it is 6 weeks from the date of re-assembly of parliament. this Ordinance will be valid till 1st September when 6 weeks' period gets over after re-assembly of Parliament on 21 July 2015. Most likely, the Government may again promulgate the same ordinance. please also update me if i am correct or wrong?

The ordinance has lapsed on 31st Aug 2015 but Govt may bring it back in next session by introducing bill.
