Dear Friend,

It is a will.  Will is a will. Hence, no bar of the language Telugu is a language recegnised by the Constitution of India. Bombay is a part of India.  It may be translated under Section 19 of the Registration Act and can be used for all practical purposes. Engage an advocate or seck legal help he will guide in the matter. Or send a xerox copy to Hyderabade for transclation from Telugu to English a copy thus translated and certified by legal practationer  ksnarayanarao@yahoo.com  District Registrar

My question to you is "Is there any law that will should be written in a particular language". It is a WILL,  My WILL AND Your WILL.

No bar to language.  Generally recognised by the Constitution of India.

Will has no application of jurisdiction. It can be registered anywhere. It is valid even though it is unregistered.  It is previlised to stamp duty.  No stamp duty required.
