Sir,
We booked new car from M/s popupar auto wheels, on 4dec 2009 and they promised for delivered within 15 to 20 days, against delivered and loan from finance institute without income proof, we paid down payments 1,30,000=00
Insted of 15-20 days we got delivered on 2nd feb 2010 and that is without any documents,
we asked for documents they promised for 2-3 days,
on 28 march 2010, m/s popular call for documents and asked balance money which are accounts of less loan passed from finance institute and octroi money
we requies them for xerox and when we paid money that time released original documents
we made police complent and police inchare told for civil case
we can not under stand that, when we drive car on road without documents than police made criminal case against us, then why did not asked to provide xerox paper to car owners?
now a days we are help less and don't know what to do?
M/s popular used my money (Rs.1,30,000) for 2/4 months and now hold my paper against only 23,000=00
kindly suggest for good action and m/s popular will get some rules and regulation, after mental herrasment what should be happed
