My name is Rikesh Virkar, have born & brought up in Vadodara, Gujarat. Recently got married in the year 2009. I would like to buy Agricultural land nearby Vadodara area. In my family no body is belongs to agriculture. However, my wife is having a document indicating that she is belongs to farmers family and she is having ancestral land on her name in Uttar Pradesh.
As i would like to buy agricultural land in Vadodara, Gujarat, Can i buy agriculture land on her name ? As she is already declared as a farmer.
Kindly advise on the above matter.
