Learned friends,
We have a Writ petition already filed in Andhra Pradesh High court in the Service matter of a govt. employee. As the Writ petition filed was of 37 pages we have decided to condense it and took permission of the court. The hearing would be for Admission of WP on 18 april or 22nd april. Entire draft is prepared and is ready to be filed. We want an Advocate who can present the case on the lines it is prepared. Even Possible questions of the Bench are also prepared. The fees can be taken as if the advocate who takes up our case has prepared the draft. What we want is the case should be presented only on those lines.
We do not want advocates who say, dekhenge karenge and do the way he wants to do because we are also from legal fraternity day in and out we live in this subject. We want an advocate who act in advisory capacity and represent our case leaving final decision about drafting to us.
The draft of Writ petition is attached herewith. It is of ten pages. Please go through and only those who feel "yes this is excellent draft case can be won with this draft" may call me. Because we know it can't be otherwise.
Once the willingness to represent our case is expressed, I will share with advocate the Possible questions from the judge so that the job becomes easy for him to prepare with in 6 days time left for hearing from this day. Finally I would like to say if the Advocate wins this case it will do lot of good to society in general and it will be landmark judgment. If you go through the draft you will understand how it will do good to society and in particular Senior Citizens.
