What include under statement satisfaction of the competent authority

It is felt that this is  query repeated many times.

Satisfaction implies on perfromance of duties assigned.

1) From descripttion it is clear that it is TOR related to appointment in any organisation. The competant authority can be defined in TOR.

2) The authority may cheque the standard lay down by that organization whether it is follouwed by newly appointed person. If person not work as per standards lay down standards of TOR then autority will take appropirate action on that person.
