What is meant by Disputer-as a legal term?

 Hello everybody,

I am having a doubtful sentence which found from an agreement(MOU) which is between a consultant and service provider which is relates to Information Technology sector.

The doubtful sentence is which is shown in BOLD letters in a coming related paragraph: Remedies: Recipient agrees that unauthorized disclosure of or use of Proprietary Information will cause irreparable harm and injury, which may be difficult to ascertain, thus making any remedy at law or in damages inadequate. Therefore, Recipient agrees that the shall have the right to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for order restraining any breach or threatened breach of this agreement and any other relief End Client deems appropriate. This right shall be in addition to any other remedy available to the End Client in law or equity. This agreement shall remain in enforce till the tenure of the agreement with the disputer.

Please somebody help me out to know,

whether the above mentioned paragraph of 'Remedies' correctly framed or not?

What is the exact legal meaning for an above mentioned bold sentence in a paragraph of 'Remedies' ?

What is meant as a DISPUTER in a legal term?

I hope somebody who can give right solutions or suggestions.

I awaiting for your valuable reply.

Thanks.

Regards,

Adhavan
