What is payment of gratuity act in Labor and employment Law ?? What is gratuity in salary? when is payment of gratuity act applicable ? How can I get my gratuity? How gratuity is calculated? What is the Gratuity Act? please share details Urgently

Hello sir,
mera nam ajay hai or me ek corporate services Pvt Ltd company me job kr rha ho delhi last 3 yrs as a verification line for icici bank credit card. Mene in 3 yrs me ye dekha hai ki delhi me salary grade 14000 to 16000 ke ass paas hai uske according hame salary nhi mil rhi is time meri salary wha 9600 in hand hai or is company me employee ke liye koi medical facilities bhi nhi hai. or festival per jo bonus employees ko milna chahiye wo bhi proper nhi milta. mera question ye hai ki corporate services Pvt Ltd company me employees ki salary kitni milni chahiye according to delhi grade or hme according to salary kitna bonus company ko dena chahiye agar company according to low kam nhi krti employees ko uske work or post ke adhar pr salary nhi deti or koi medical suvidha bhi na ho office me as a emergency condicion me to iske liye hame kya krna chahiye. jisse employees ko fayeda mil ske or wo apni mehnat ke hisab se shi salary pa ske or company apne employees ko extra kam krne ka koi paisa nhi deti. please help me sir ki aisi condition me kya krna chahiye hme.

Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972; 1,2,2A,4

Gratuity= { (Basic+DA)/26*15*No of years in service}

(Basic+DA) as per last drawn salary

No of years in service;

if after 5 calender years employee has worked for <6 months=0

if after 5 calender years employee has worked for >6 months=1

If NO of employees in establishment are 10 ESI coverage should be given and also Gratuity.

If NO of employees in establishment are 20 PF, ESI coverage should be given and also Gratuity.

For salary look into Min.Wages Act and notifications in the state from O/o Labor Commissioner

Bonus; per Payment of Bonus Act ; As per applicable wage ceiling it should be paid to all eligible employees..

The local employee’s/trade unions can help and guide, without any fee.

Local Labor Inspector can also help.
