I need to get a Famiy Tree Attested Certificate done from the Tashildar Office.
They are asking for a affidavit for the same.
My father expired recently and i need to get some assets transferred to our name.
Please let me know the format for the affidavit for request of a family tree which mentions all legal heirs (me and my mother).
