Hi, I am from a small middle class family, my father brought a land an year ago, we got registered to our name, but now an goverment bank as issued a notice that the previuos(not my seller but the previous seller) owner of the land was in debt with the bank and he has shown the land for securities and brought some which he has not paid and the bank has issued as to vacate the land since they are going to auction the land, actually around 100 land are brought in the same area by different person, and the bank is now saying that they are intend to sell the flats only in which house is not bulid and my hand is empty with other sixty empty lands which the bank has sent notice and not the land were house is already built, we have already got stay from the court, now the bank is asking us to pay the some amount, shall i pay the amount are what legal rights do i have, i am also very suspicious if my lawyer and the bank manager and the my pervious owner are up to something, what shall i do?
