In the recent divisional bench judgement which completed in span of 20 days. During this we were mis leaded and did know about the fact s of the case.
Ith Respondent who is S.H.O deleted 1st F.I.R from online after issue of intermi order after 5 months. Second thought there is stay order till further day of judgement summons and trails were conduted against us and we also file a memo in the court. But W.A before divisional bench he did inform in his affidvite that there is a interim order till date of judgement and he also changed the F.I.R after issue of stay order.
Though i filed to contempt of court case and handed over to over lawyer he did not filed it. Nowq can i file a non-compliance W.P in the high court about the malpractice of S.H.O.
