GOKULDAS KAMATH (EX BANKER)     22 May 2013

Where to complaint

A nationalised bank has resorted to illegal, unethical business practices. My complaint to RBI was hushed up by RBI under the reason that I am a ex employee of this bank and not an aggrieved  customer of the bank.I had complained to Ministry of Finance (Vigilance).But.CVO of the Bank hushed up this case.I want that guilty are punished

Where can I complain this matter to get the desired result.?

Since the Institution involved is a nationalised Bank which represents State and is involved in an activity which is ultra vires, you can very well file a Public Interest Litigation in the High Court. But be sure that you collect all the relevant information through RTI and consult a good advocate that you have a case against the Bank.
