Whether pending suit will be always reflected in the EC

Dear Members,

Kindly enlighten me on the following:-

1) While checking out on EC, whether any pending suit pertaining to the property will be notified in the Encumbrance Certificate.

2) General checklist for purchase of a residential plot in an approved layout.

Thanks & Regards,

Ajay

Ms.Narasa Lakshmi,

With the legal heirship certificate, you can do the needful, either to transfer ownership in your names or to sell directly.
