Who can approach

5 days back one family with 6 members attacked my relative and he had got few injuries, then he went government general hospital gave the oral complaint to police constable but the constable do not write actual things what the injured person said, he wrote his  own which are related to complaint and take singnature and send to concerned police station,  they are booked FIR based on the complaint send to court, the complaint is different from FIR, the matter is not same in FIR and complaint. but it was sent to court after that they have given the FIR copy to complaintee. the complaint and FIR is different, who is the person is responsible this and right i want to clarify the above who is approched person.

The complainant can file a complaint to the concerned Magistrate about the situation and the offence and requesting proper action as per law. The Magistrate will then direct the Police to take necessary action.
