Dear sir,
i Niraj kumar mishra having income from the head " GODWN RENT " payer has not deducted the TDS from me, and service tax department send me notice for payment of service tax , please suggest whether i have liable to pay the tax or renter has obligation to pay the tax

If your value of the services are less than 10 lakhs then no need to pay service tax.
