My father's elder brother had titiled with ancestral property. And they were partitioned our ancestral property in all brothers in their life span. But after death of their, my cousin challenge that partition with saying it's thier hard owned properties? Can he claims such

It is not known that on what basis had he filed the suit.
If the properties were properly partitioned then his case may not be maintainable and likely to be dismissed.
